I am needing recommendations on sealing a water fluid path for small plastic components. In it's most simplistic form it's a polycarbonate tube which is put down inside a polycarbonate counterbore. The tube is .20" in diameter It is a very high volume product in the millions. Here are some methods of sealing with their pros and cons. Any other ideas?

1) Cured in place - Adhesive - Not ideal for various reasons (messy, inconsistent)
2) Ultrasonic - Expensive capital equipment and particulate generation
3) Radial oring - Not ideal because of dealing with oring at a high volume
4) Interference fit seal- Is this possible? Any design direction on this?
5) Overmolded face seal - extra cost for this.
6) Induction welding - Not sure if this is possible??

Any input is appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
Joe
