Plate Type Oil Cooler - Manufacturing Process and collaboration

Hi !

Can any one tell me about the SS plate type oil coolers manufacturing process in general to start with ? I would also like to know -
The comanies manufacturing these in your area
Is technical Collaboration is available ?
What are the most critical operations during manufacturing
Is designing software is available and with whom
Testing of such coolers - how it is carried out and for what parameters.

These are used in Diesel Engines.

I assume you are looking for know how for ss plate heat exchangers manufacturing.
Am I right? if so, it is probably you can buy the plates and do the artwork to put all them together. de design and manufacturing of the gaskets between the pplates is difficoult also.
