Plate Layout for Spherical Pressure Vessel

Can anyone help with the best (most efficient use of steel) plate layout for a 17m diam spherical pressure vessel.

Probably something you'd need to work out on your own. Generally, the most efficient use of steel is not going to minimize labor cost, so you have to balance the two. And it would be highly influenced by forming capacity and available plate sizes.
