plastic pencil extruding machine extruding core and sheath together

hi everybody! i am involved in designing a extruder capable
of receive plastic material of both black core and yellow
sheath from two chambers and heat them and syncronizedly extrude themand cut them in lengh automaticaly . can
anybody help me and give me any means of advise?

You need to develop a coextrusion process using two extruders. There are a variety of methods of making the two layers, which I assume are concentric. Since you intend to cut to length in this operation can I also assume that these are thermoplastic resins as opposed to thermoset? If you can furnish a little more information, such as estimated lbs/hr(kg/hr) and size of the finished extrudate inches(mm) I can be more helpful in specifying some proposed equipment and typical production processes.
