There is a set of drawings that involves tanks and piping. The State Fire Marshal requires a PE stamp to ensure that the project is consistent with a NFPA code. Is it wise to have a conditional PE stamp for the set of the drawings with notation stating the reasons for the conditions that deviate from the NFPA code eventho. the owner is opposed to those conditions?. I'll leave at that with no further comments.
