~hello all,
So I've found a older Cadkey (98) CDE routine that appears to batch convert Cadkey's prt files to either dwg or dxf, but when I execute the routine, nothing happens. No errors, no converts, no nothing...
Here's the method:
Launch Cadkey
Load CDE, either dwg.cde or dxf.cde
Execute the CDE; from the execute dialog there is a routine now loaded called dwg_batch (or dxf_batch)
It is suppose to read a SESSION *.LST file containing part file names to convert. I have the the file names in a .lst file and have tried all permutations (full path, no path, parts in the PRT folder, no file name extension, etc.)... and nothing happens.
I am trying to run this in Windows 7 in Win95 compatible mode. Wondering if there is an underlying DLL or something that won't run in this OS.
Anyone run into this or have a solution? We have about 50,000 files we need to convert!
