oil switch

can an oil switch typically used for a capacitor (14.4kV, 200amp) be used to replace a street light oil switch (5kV, 75 amp rating)?

At first glance I don't see why not. It has the voltage rating, and the current rating.

There could be something I don't know about, like a potential tap to power the switch, but that is an internal thing that we can't know.
