I see some off road vehicles hit bumps or go over jumps and the body of the vehicle hardly moves. All the action is taken up by the spring and shock. How are these shock adjustments and/or spring rates achieved? Some of the monster trucks are now able to land "like a cat" and have traction instantly instead of the traditional bounces. Thanks

Long travel, sensible tuning. You'll notice they handle like pigs round corners.

So is there a way to make 'em turn GOOD? Anti-roll bars?

What do the Baja guys do? (besides 600hp and let the back slide around under power!)

Anything that improves the conering on good surfaces, normaly reduces the rough terain ability. It is always a compromise, with the best obainable overall ballance of characteristics being sought for each track on any given time.
