Nyquist help

Hi,

I was wondering how to solve a Nyquist Diagram with frequency 0 and infinity at p(0,0). I only have one point which is w=0.5rad at P(2.5,0). I need to found the transfer function of that Nyquist Diagram. I can't find how to solve that diagram. How can you have frequency 0 and infinity at the origin ? In my head its not possible.
