NX Manager : Given matrix is not from required part Error

Hi All,

NX manager 8.5.3. Trying to load assembly and getting "Given matrix is not from required part" error message.. Any ideas what this means? How to resolve this?

Tried to look up on Siemens solution site, no clear way of how to resolve the situation.

Any ideas and thoughts are very much appreciated..

Well, it does not matter.. I tried to load fully and all components..It is still failing..

Lately I have been having issues with the partial loading in NX8.5.3. Does your log file say anything that may help track down the issue? Maybe loading structure only?

Yes.. Its the Loading structure error.. I update the structure almost everyday and still get it..

Try loading the assy with structure update on load set to none

1. Close all parts
2. Menu->Preferences->Teamcenter Integration->Assembly Tab
3. Change the structure update on load to None and OK the dialogue (Take note of what this is set to initially).
4. Now attempt to load the assy

If it loads without error, this may point to a corrupt/ problematic BVR in Teamcenter. Ask your TC admin to investigate this further if this fixes the issue. (delete bvr, resave in NX etc.).

Just remember to set the preference back.
