Hi guys.I was trying to program this 3 ribs with end mill (finish op), but it can't accept it as a tool only ball mill. I used different strategies on mill contour for 3 axis machine but every one of them is accepting only the ball mill. Am I missing something, is this possible what I'm trying?

Did you try a Z-level Profile operation with a bull-nosed tool? Also, you could turn on optimized depth cuts so the finish is nice and also turn on cut between levels using a step over of 50% of the tool flat or less. If you select your top faces as cut area geometry, you can extend them using Extend at Edges. With this configuration you can finish the entire top with just one operation.
