NX Administrator Training Recomendation

Can anyone recommend a beginner's NX administrator training course? I often play around with customer defaults, templates, libraries... never successfully. I'm looking for a introductory course but preferably fast pace.

First good step is look for the NX customization from Former Rob Cohon (SP) This will help you looking how things work. Plus gives you a good starting point for company wide deployment with or without teamcenter. Look at the link below. I do not see much in the NX learning advantage for this.
