Dear sirs:
Under construction substation, we are having relay testing using RED670 and REL670, and I am curious to know
1. How impedance diagram is drawn? Our is a two channel system. How is resistance and time of operation of relay realized?
2. From local control panel, we have to operate drives of GIS. It appears that channels ( like channel 1, 2, 3 for three cores of current transformer.
