Nozzle load on rectangular vessel

As we know that WRC 107 & WRC 297 only cover for nozzle on cylindrical and spherical shell, how about nozzle on rectangular shell?

How to calculate stress due to nozzle load on rectangular vessel (not design as per ASME VIII App.13)?
Can any body give me the reference books for calculation it?

Roark has formulae for a 'trunnion load' on a circular flat plate, the only useful one that I know of.
