NEC designations for color of conductors

Hello to all
Can anybody please describe the color of conductors to install in low voltage, according (USA) NEC 2002.
I'm in Mexico and is the NOM-001-SEDE-1999 little different to NEC, and Im trying to evaluate a program ( according the NEC) to calculate circuits in low voltage and the results colors looks different to me.
