Name of statistical phenomena? 1

Say someone says there are 95 black marbles and 5 white marbles in a paper bag.
When you put your hand the bag for a sample you remove 1 black marble and 4 white marbles.
You can then - with very high probability call the person a liar.
There is a name for this phenomena – I think the person it is named after a person.
Anyone recall what the name is?
