This is a question for a experimental aircraft I am building.<br>
Would a NACA (divergent flush inlet) vent located on the fuselage directly in front of the wing (2-3 inches) have any effect on airflow over the wing? The fuselage is flat in this location....<br>

Yes.
A NACA divergent flush inlet causes vortices to be formed at the walls of the inlet common to the flush surface. These vortices are not dissipated and will continue aft. The inlet will also rob mass air flow from the free stream. [sig][/sig]
