Multiple Welds Symbols From Single Ref Line

I hope I can explain this question w/o a diagram,;

Weld symbol pointing to a T-joint calls for fillet welds on one sides of the T and a bevel w/reinforcing fillet on the other, so there is a trianagle above and a bevel symbol w/triangle below the horizontal reference line. No problem here.

Off of the first reference line there is a second reference line applying inspection criterias; sometimes the second reference line has "MT" above this second reference line and sometimes there is an "MT" above the second reference line with either a "VT" and/or a "MT" below the second reference line. (MT = mag particle inspection; VT = Visual inspection only)

Here is my question: Which inspection criterias (above or below the second reference line) apply to which weld synbols (below or above the first reference line)?
