MSC Patran Suface Meshing

Hi,
I am doing meshing on a top hat model. I use a surface model. When I tried meshing the surfaces, one of the surfaces failed to mesh. I tried different sizes of seeds and the surface still failed to mesh. Other surfaces meshed fine. I really appreciate it if anyone can share some knowledge with me regarding this matter.
