Hi
I am trying to customise the Resource usage report in MS Project to display only those tasks that are causing an overallocation
If anyone can help I would be most grateful
Thanks

Not sure if this will meet your needs exactly, but try inserting the field (column) called Overallocated, turn on the autofilter, then filter for Yes.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for you reply
I have tried this one in Resource Usage view but it still leaves all task showing
I think trying to do a filter on taks and resources at the same time is why it won't work
Thanks for your time
