IN THIS OCASSION, I HAVE THIS DOUBT...

IS IT POSSIBLE IN A FRAME WHERE I AM USING MOMENT CONNECTION IN A SIDE, PUT IN OTHER SIDE A SHEAR CONNECTION?

IN ATTACHED IMAGE DISTANCES ARE IN MILIMETERS

You can, but your frame would not be as stiff as moment connections at each end of each beam. You are now putting a rotational pin at the centre of your frame.
