IS IT POSSIBLE IN A FRAME WHERE I AM USING MOMENT CONNECTION IN A SIDE, PUT IN OTHER SIDE A SHEAR CONNECTION?

You can, but your frame would not be as stiff as moment connections at each end of each beam. You are now putting a rotational pin at the centre of your frame.
