MODICON B883-201 RTD MODULE

Need some help setting up a B883-201 RTD Module. I'm using ProWorx and a 984-780 Processor. Does anyone have the wiring diagram and the data entry and setup for the Data Watch Window?

The registers are input: 30010, 30011, 30012; and output 40010, 40011, 40012. The module appears to be a multiplexer and I'm not sure how to enable each channel.
