Modelling an accelerometer and a gyroscope in matlab/simulink

Hi,

I want to model an accelerometer and a gyroscope using simulink/matlab in order to generate synthetic data. Later on i want to compare this synthetic data with the real physical sensor data. Matlab documentation is not helping me.

Can anyone share a model if done already.

Is that possible?

I request for any ideas,procedures and references models if available.
