modeling a steel shear wall with ANSYS 1

Hi
I want to model a steel shear wall using Ansys but there are some problems :
first which way is better to model the side beams and colomns and how can I join the plate and beams and colomns?

how can I model the buckling and postbuckling of the plate
and nonlinear response of it?
