Hello, we are a newly formed team of Structural Engineers. We are striving to optimize our work model and we are trying to figure out how to successfully allocate the tasks and work across our team.

3. What responsibilities does everyone have?
4. Do you work simultaneously on a project or the work is consistent?
A common type of work allocation is one person to be responsible for model in SAP2000 (or another software) and another for drawing in AutoCAD. Please, share your type and model of work at your company.
