MMB size gage pin

Hello All

This figure is dealing with the implied datum sequence instead of the gage size, but I can't figure out how to get this MMB gage pin size 120 on the figure posted, I will say it would be 120.10 from the existing data, Please let me know if I am wrong. Thank you.

I am also not sure what the 25.9 dimension represents.

It should be the one before revising from 25.9~26.1 to basic dimension 26.

May I ask what means implied datum sequence? I never heard this term within Y14.5.

Where is this picture from? Some training material?

I think I've seen Implied Datum Sequence term used in one of the Alex Krulikowsi's books (Fundamentals or Advanced),not positive thus, but the common denominator was the same: ambiguous setup if ± is used to locate features.
I don't think it's a standardized term, but good to know.
