We purchased a Mitutoyo CMM including a computer with some software loaded onto it to run the CMM. The software package is called GeoPak-Win. We are seeing this error while running the software: "Bright-CNC: Online failed (10355. Please check selected CMM driver."
Does anyone have any experience with this or have any suggestions?
