I'm working on a fairly complex model that incorporates both surfacing and solids. I have a cut extrude feature that when mirrored doesn't measure the same as the initial feature. When taking measurements from various points of the mirrored feature to the center plane will show a difference, although slight, from the corresponding points of the initial feature. The difference is approx. @ 6 decimal places. While in the 'real world' this isn't really an issue it is causing a modeling problem for my next feature which works on one side but not the other. I've seen this problem before and have worked around it by cutting the model in half and mirroring the entire solid. This, however, isn't an easy task at this point with this particular model. Has anyone else encountered this before?

Have you tried changing the document unit accuracy to 6 or 8 decimals before mirroring?

Yes I do. The part template has that set as a default.
