Military Primer Spec 1

Has anyone used or seen MIL-C-250 before?
It is a finish spec for prime on a Aluminum part.
I started a new job and they sware they use it but no one knows what it is and I can't find any info on it.

Do you have a title? There is no MIL-C-250 that I could find

No, All that I have is the calout they are using:

"Prime per Mil-C-250 or equivalent"

I think that someone made a typo on a mil spec they were referencing but no one knew enuf to question it. After that it was used over and over again with know one knowing what it is.
