When considering a PCB with standard vias's vs. micro'via's, what are the concerns that I should have? Aside from a cost increase, do micro-via's introduce a reliability issue or significant limtations in vendor selections? I want to make sure I understand what the risks are that are associated with micro-via technology(-ies). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
