Has anyone here done MCSA (motor current signature analysis) implementation at your plant? I don't know of any good vendors that provide this.

I use a CSI 2120-2 Machinery Analyzer with Fluke clamp-on current transformer and home-made resistor box (converts current to voltage).


MCSA is a very effective tool for PDM surveys and diagnostics.
