Matlab 7 R14 and AMD Turion 64 x2

I have a AMD Turion 64 x2 based mobile, the Matlab 7 R14 and Windows XP Professional SP2. After initializing Matlab the software shutsdown by itself and I'm not able to see any error message. The only thing I'm sure is that the message "Initializing ..." appears and afterwards, when seems that it will be ready to start, it shutsdown.

It's urgent for me to resolve this problem because I need to finish a project that is Matlab dependent in more or less 1 month and 1 week.
