Hello, guys,

I need to set up a gas panel for our fuel cell lab for putting together regulators, all sorts of valves, air & hydrogen & nitrogen pipes, filters, etc. Can anybody recommend a suitable material for this gas panel for this purpose? I think it has to be cost-effective, dimensionally stable, flame retardant, not too heavy, easy to drill.

Has anybody used something like this before?

Thanks very much in advance!

If I want to take it apart and put it back together in a thousand different configurations I go with stainless tubing and swagelock type fittings (we actually use a Parker Alok knock off).
They work really well for the 1/8" to 3/4" tubing range. Above that your costs are getting really steep.
