We would like to do an FEA analysis on a simple foam impact test.
The supplier has provided us with the following properties:
Polyurethane
* Density
* Indentation Load Deflection
(25% ILD @ 4")
* Tensile Strength
* Tear (lbs per inch)
* Elongation
Polyethylene
* Compressive Strength
* Compression Set
* Compression Creep
* Tensile Strength
* Tear Resistance (lb per inch)
* Density
* Cell Size
We need to determine:
For P.U.:
* Density (given)
* Shear Modulus
* Alpha
* Poisson's Ratio
For P.E.:
* Density (given)
* Damping (s)
* Mu
* Alpha
* Beta
Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.
