material item in Reuselibray

I'm in Nx9.02 and found inthe member select window the displaytype material item... and no information in the docs + google.
How can I add materials (items) into the reuselibrary to get work?

I thought I could add the physical material libray and add material from the reuselib by drag on a body.
... not to forget to start an ER on this. I don't like the current material management .

How would that be any different than creating a custom material library that you could assign materials from?
