Material Certification

[Carburize]

I have a document for a contract with an Italian Company which states that material certification must comply with "ITN 07771 Para 3.2 Type B".
Can anybody clarify what this means?

No I don't, but I suspect it may be similar to BS EN 10204. Have you thought of contacting the Italians and asking them to send you a copy? I they want you to comply then the least they can do is tell you what it is they want you to comply to.
