For 75' tall tower, you have big trouble for making footing too small and too light. Is the uplift caused by overturning, or buoyancy? You can enlarge the footing size, add weight (thicker mat), or utilize piles, tie backs. There are many solutions, the better choice depends on the type of loading(s) which causing uplift, characteristics of the structure, and the site conditions. Talk to your more experienced colleagues to evaluate the feasibility of each method before go too far. Good luck.

Increase the mat size. Check for uplift. Repeat. Concrete is cheap.
