Just a heads up. many laser cutting systems use an electronic regulator to control the assist gas. These regulators have a vent, when they go bad, assist gas can build up and if it's O2 all it takes is one spark. Had a flash explosion from this last week, rattled the building. The regulator on this machine was next to a leaky hydraulic unit. I heard it was a pretty nice fireball.
I suggest 2 things-
1. keep an eye on your gas system.
2. relocate or vent the regulator to an area where gas cannot build up.
With enough O2, almost anything burns. If your machine does catch on fire, cut all gasses, air and power to it ASAP!
