I Understand, when Ni, Cr, Mo, and other alloy element contents consist of less than 10.5% defined as low alloy steels.

Can anyone help me to find the list of low alloy steel material grades(ASTM/SAE/AISI)?
Is there any cumulative grade list for the same?

There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.

Low alloy steels are nominally defined 5% total alloy element content.
Look for ASM Metals Handbook, Desk Edition. Otherwise google can tell you.
