loss of well

Goodday guys!

We just loss flow of one of our wells and inspite of the various pressure boosting measures taken, it seems not to be coming up even though the pressure builds up a little bit.
can anyone tell what else can be done

You need to get your coiled tubing crew and do a well clean -up.
