Looking for some basic sound and vibration testing software

I am looking for some basic sound and vibration software. Something that we can use to show the before and after affects of sound and vibration dampening. Something that we can graph the difference and send it to the customer.

How are you going to measure the difference?

The reason I ask is that presenting the results is the last stage, and if you can do all the other stuff then it is pretty trivial. Cheers
