looking for info on coatings

Looking to coat a brown stock storage tank. If anyone has any info please let me know.
The vapor space gas is the zone we are most concerned about, there is severe corrosion.
Components measured were dimethyl sulhide and dimethyl disulphide.
Humidity 100%
The liquid components of the tank run at about 70-80 degrees celsius
With a pH of around 11

I would suggest talking to coatings manufacturers, as your temperature, humidity and other components in the tank (i.e. agitators) might have a say on the choice. there are multiple options. In our case we use Devoe and Enviroline coatings most often, but also experimenting with a hardening process which cost is in line with traditional coatings.

Hi.

Both epoxy- and phenolic-based coatings may be the best place to start.

Ask about permeation strength (% coating weight gain) while exposed to your compounds and temperature.

Keep in mind, too, these products are electrically insulating. So, given the flammability of methyl sulfide, be sure everything is well grounded.
