Looking for Ideas. What i was looking for is a bearing or something like it maybe a turbine that when you turn an inside mandril. You can control or stop the outer housing. The outer housing would have counter-clockwise torque. and the mandrill would turn clockwise at max rpm of 70. Only have 4 1/2" o.d with 2 1/8 i.d." area. could also use flood flow if I could control the the torque by mandrill rotation.
