Hi,
to build up special laboratory equipment, I'm looking for fast (>100MHz) JFETs with very low noise (<2nV/sqrtHz) and low input capacitance (<10pF). I looked at Motorola (ONsemi), Interfet, Vishay (Siliconix). Their JFETs have either low input capacitance (3pF or less) with "big" noise (6nV/sqrtHz) or low noise with higher input capacitances (<2nV/sqrtHz at >20-30pF).
Is such a combination possible?
SMD would be nice.
Thank You
