Looking for a digital Xray inspection tool for metals with a resolution of~10 um. Any leads?

hi all,

so, I am looking for a digital Xray inspection tool for metals with a resolution of~10 um. Any leads?
Thickness is <3mm and I am looking for gas porosity in welds.
I am in RnD so I would want to get good data ..meaning would like to know the location of the pores etc.

The welds are laser sub milimiter scale.

To purchase or contract out?

If contracting out, this company has an X-ray CT machine that claims sub-micron detail detection.
I have no experience with them however. I came across this as potential solution for a client of ours.
