Links in Design Table

I am designing an assembly in which all the design tables cells of all the parts are linked back to a single Excel Spreadsheet. With every new design the excel spreadsheet is filled in and all the DT's of the parts are refreshed afterwards (by opening and closing). I have encountered a slight problem. If I want to copy the Assembly and parts and the Main Excel Spreadsheet to a new location I find that the links in the DT always point back to the original Spreadsheet. I can cahnge this in each individual DT by selecting Edit - Links but this means opening every part after copying. After this long desciption here is the question... Is there anyway in the DT to tell excel to search for the Main Spreadsheet located in the same folder as the part (i.e. not specify the full path, just the name of the folder local to the part). This way, I hope, links won't need to be reassigned on copying. Any ideas?

Try using SolidWorks Explorer to copy the files.
