learning 3D magnetic field modeling

I literally live on an island and no schools nearby teach anything related to 3D magnetic field modeling at all. Any suggestions of textbooks, on-line instruction, educational videos or well supported inexpensive software with extensive tutorials? I've been using FEMM4.2 for 2D modeling but need to learn 3D for my project.
