Large Size Tee & Flange dimensions

Hello,

I need to refer to the international standards related to following items:-
(1) Large size (72" NB ) Tee (Fabricated type) butt weldable ends
(2) 72" NB Flanges

I referred to standards like ASME B16.9 for butt weldable fittings and ASME B16.47 for large size flanges but their scopes do not include 72" NB size.
