Keyway Dimensioning (with drawing this time)

I posed this question before but failed to provide a drawing. My question is how to dimension the two keyways to control the clocking tolerance of the second keyway relative to each other. The symmetry callout would only ensure one keyway is symmetric to the OD.

Thanks for your time

Apply Position to both keyways. They will be aligned by Simultaneous Requirement.

I totally agree with CheckerHater.

For consideration: The two keyways are a pattern of features and would be available for Composite Position control. But I have never studied the design conditions that would cause one to select Composite or its interpretation.
