Does anyone know if this is still published? I have an 1986 copy and thought I would see if has been updated. However a web search yielded only second hand versions, Amazon has a second had copy in New York for £1,087.91 + £2.80 delivery.

Not sure, but that seems like alot...$1700??? Least delivery is cheap!
